Ash Noah
Ash Noah heads up the MergeCo operations in the USA. Prior to joining MergeCo, he was most recently with TNT, a Global Fortune 500 company as Business Unit Chief Financial Officer for the Americas, Middle East & Africa. His 26 years in business includes having responsibility for operations in 46 countries and having undertaken M&A transactions in Spain, Brazil, Russia, India and Chile.
Ash has lived and worked in the USA, UK, Australia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Turkey and Greece, and has been a key part of turnaround teams in Australia, Brazil, Korea, Indonesia, India, Denmark, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
Roger Allen

Roger Allen is an internationally recognised senior business executive with over two decades of experience at Fortune 500 consulting and information technology companies, IBM and CSC. His responsibilities have been broad and included all aspects of international business development, investment and performance of major acquisitions and complex business transformation. He was a member of IBM’s Regional Executive Management Group in Asia Pacific and CSC’s Global Senior Executive Leadership team respectively.
Roger heads up our technology practice, whilst coaching our businesses in dynamic revenue growth through strategic alliances and major bid development.
Peter Abrahamson
Peter Abrahamson brings over 35 years of business experience from general management, business restructuring and M&A related due diligence processes. His extensive business experience includes more than fifteen years as CEO and Managing Director of an ASX listed company as well as major subsidiaries of Allergan Inc. and AMO Inc. He operated in Australia, New Zealand and in several Asian markets based in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Over Peter’s career he has held positions ranging from Sales Representative to Managing Director and Regional Vice President across sectors including FMCG, food manufacturing and marketing, and the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Peter is a mentor to CEOs and plays a pivotal role in preparing leadership teams for transfer of ownership and transformation. He is a graduate and fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Paul Hawkins 
Paul Hawkins’ international experience includes acquisition and start-up of 25 businesses in over 20 countries for a US multinational, and he continues to be engaged on a variety of cross-border transactions involving Fortune500 organisations and private equity. He presents internationally on M&A best practices and writes for both local and international publications. Paul founded MergeCo in Sydney in 2005.
He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds masters degree in business. He is a member of the International Committee of the Alliance of Merger and Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA) and is one of two Australians to hold their CM&AA designation.
Dr Jeremy Chrisp
Dr Jeremy Chrisp leads MergeCo’s life sciences practice and brings over 25 years’ experience in the healthcare market. This was gained initially by working with leading global multinational companies including, Merck & Co, Stryker, Becton Dickinson & Medtronic, where his roles have ranged from sales representative to business development manager for acquisitions through to Managing Director. Jeremy has a penchant for recognising and prosecuting opportunities in this exciting market.
More recently, he has acted as an investment manager and assisted private equity and corporate acquirers with acquisition sourcing, due diligence and other transactional matters, demonstrating an entrepreneurial instinct for the commercialisation of medical technology and management of early stage businesses. Jeremy holds a PhD in physiology from the University of Canterbury (NZ) and is a graduate and fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Rosanna Hawkins
Rosanna Hawkins has a finance background and began her career working for TNT in Australia, Paris and then globally. She has worked for a number of multinational corporations, gaining extensive international finance and project management experience, before co-founding MergeCo in Sydney in 2005.
Rosanna has undertaken international strategic engagements ranging from sourcing to outsourcing and is the operational and project management powerhouse of MergeCo.
